That’s All Right Mama

(by Arthur Big Boy Crudup

Let’s learn a little (or a lot) from two great guitarists,

Eric Clapton and Scotty Moore.  Eric Clapton has

been around since the 60′s in great groups like

Cream, Blind Faith,  Derek and The Dominos,

and his own solo recordings.  Scotty Moore played

with Elvis in the mid to late 50′s.  His guitar work

is featured on Elvis’ original ’54 recording of

“That’s All Right, Mama.”

Here you practice your A, D, and E7 chords.

If you are studying barre chords, watch Scotty’s

hands for some additional tips on playing this

classic.
